Project Manager, Digital Marketing Operations
The Project Manager for DM Ops. is responsible for using communication, planning and organizational skills to proactively manage digital marketing project activities. The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing and directing multiple projects at a time ensuring that these projects meet or exceed internal team and partner expectations and are delivered on-time and on-budget. You will interface heavily with numerous marketing, agency and product people to assure that the project is understood, resources are secured, the schedule is communicated, and deliverables not only address the business requirements but also are top-notch and reflect the MapR brand.

* Manages external designer team, content providers and creative agencies.
* Collaborate with internal clients, including product marketing, web development, email operations, training group, events, product management, social media and corporate communications to understand needs and deliver to those
* Develop and evolve processes and tools to effectively and efficiently serve internal customers to meet their marketing materials requirements at agreed to service levels and within budget
* Work on multiple projects at once while adhering to creative direction, technical specifications, brand identity and tight deadlines.
* Prioritize and re-prioritize projects and manage scope creep and revision cycle.
* Check and approve production materials, layouts, and functionality, and coordinate client approval and signoff
* Manage budget to optimize the use of dollars and resources,
* Identifies areas of opportunity for improving service levels and cost savings based on improved process, tools, and optimization and/or addition of resources
* Passionately service internal customers

Desired Skills and Experience:

* Bachelor's degree
* 3-5 years serving as a Client Services Manager, Project Manager, Account Manager, Producer, Operations Manager, or similar role is required
* Background in marketing and sales automation preferred
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Excellent organizational and time management skills.
* Must be able to simultaneously focus on the big picture, as well as details driving results.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
