Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Responsibilities:
  • You own the results of your assigned region/territory
  • You will generate and source opportunities in a variety of outbound and lead gen activities
  • You will work hand in hand with your Account Executive to execute a go-to-market strategy
  • You will work closely with Marketing to help advance webinars and other campaigns
  • You are the front line for prospect questions and are responsible for qualifying leads for your Account Executive
  • Master Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn, and other prospecting tools we have at your disposal
  • Collaborate extensively with your fellow SDRs to refine and perfect our prospecting strategy
  • Continue to seek out new ways to generate leads and think outside the box to figure out how you can over exceed expectations

  • Thrives in a fast-paced and rapidly evolving environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communicator
  • Tenacious - does not give up when faced with rejection, failure, or setbacks
  • Continually looking for ways to improve, embraces coaching and effectively applies feedback
  • Team player who raises the bar for those around them
  • Passionate about being in the Tech/ SaaS space
