Location: Remote, anywhere US

Responsible for digital marketing for all O’Neill Wetsuit products with a primary focus on Amazon Ads, specifically the creation of all SP and SB campaigns, managing creative assets and ASINs, along with the digital management of content for stores. Maximize online presence across all current platforms and ensure that brand image is presented accurately and consistently. 


ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES (subject to additional duties assigned by management): 


  • Maintain all current O’Neill Wetsuit content for the corporate website, dealer sites,  B2B, and eCommerce platforms including Amazon Ads.

  • Define and lead digital strategy & execution for our Amazon Ads accounts, as well as other strategic partnerships, to drive sales & channel marketing objectives.

  • Execute our key strategic initiatives, driving the overall media plan and the development of the campaign creatives with Brand teams and agencies.

  • Partner with Amazon and other strategic partners to develop optimum digital experiences for online discoverability and acquisition growth.

  • Analyze Amazon and partner advertising data and compile regular summary reports to turn performance marketing data into meaningful and actionable plans.

  • Work cross-functionally with sales and product marketing to roll out initiatives for effective Marketing investment.

  • Forecast and report eCommerce KPIs such as revenue, conversion, ACoS, CPA (Cost Per Acquisition), LTV (lifetime value), CPC, etc.

  • Create and maintain current, relevant digital content for O’Neill Wetsuits' web-based communications

  • Detailed maintenance and improvement of listings, titles, product descriptions,  features, and benefits to increase ranking.

  • Identify and report unauthorized third-party sellers

  • Identify and report authorized sellers that have changed product pages, violating O’Neill Wetsuits compliance standards.

  • Monitor all channels for errors, alerts, questions, or inquiries.

  • Stay informed about the current web, digital, and social media trends.

  • Ensure that content, branding, and design are consistent on all regional dealer websites.

  • Complete projects in a professional manner to meet the O’Neill standards.



  • Bachelor of Arts degree in Marketing, Communications, or similar degree (or certificate course) preferred.

  • 3-5 years of marketing experience required.

  • Proficiency in Excel is required including but not limited to pivot tables, vlookup, graphs and chart development. 

  • This position will engage with our Amazon account, focused on global influence, and must be able to effectively prioritize and produce high-quality work in a fast-paced, digital environment

  • You have a deep understanding of Amazon Ads dynamics, and experience with 3PL and 1PL selling.

  • You have good interpersonal skills to educate and influence cross-functional teams, key stakeholders, and external partners regarding the opportunity in this unique channel

  • You can build and maintain trusting partnerships and relationships across business units as well as with our retail partners



  • Position requires varied activity to include, but not limited to: standing, sitting and handling.

  • Vision requirements for this position include close vision, distance vision, color, peripheral, depth perception as well as the ability to adjust focus.

  • Must be able to use computer keyboard and read a computer screen.
