About the Role:
We’re looking for a Revenue Enablement Contractor to fill in while the full time employee is on maternity leave. This is an individual contributor contracting role and will be responsible for activities that bring efficiency and effectiveness through a customer-focused lens to the Post-Sales function of our Revenue Organization. Reporting to the Director of Sales Productivity, you will focus on understanding the needs and challenges of our customer facing teams through discovery, conversation, research and data, and designing programs and processes that are solutions and results driven. This function is critical to drive productivity for our Customer Success (CSM), Advertising Specialist (ACS), and ProServices teams by fine-tuning our onboarding, product enablement and process development functions with the ultimate goals of retention in mind!
We're considering qualified candidates who are available for a full-time contract role from June 2022 thru January 2023.
